2001 Amendment to Cotton Board Rules and Regulations Adjusting Supplemental Assessment on Imports

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to adjust the supplemental assessment on imported cotton, ensuring it remains comparable to domestic cotton assessments. This annual adjustment is necessary to maintain the balance between assessments on imported cotton and domestic cotton content in imported products.
