U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Chinese Companies Sold Mobile Access Equipment Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain Chinese companies sold mobile access equipment and subassemblies at prices below their normal value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for one company, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.
