US Department of Commerce Announces Final Determination of Less Than Fair Value Sales for Chinese Folding Gift Boxes

The US Department of Commerce has announced the final determination of sales at less than fair value for certain folding gift boxes imported from China. The investigation, which began in July 2000, was prompted by comments from companies and resulted in changes to the margin calculations.
