EPA Proposes National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (HAP) from existing and new asphalt processing and asphalt roofing manufacturing facilities, aiming to reduce emissions of pollutants such as formaldehyde and toluene by 8.87 megagrams per year.
