EPA Proposes Updates to Regulations for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a proposal to revise and update regulations governing concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), which include feedlots and other facilities that generate manure and wastewater, to improve environmental protection and clarify permit requirements.
