U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Russian Phosphate Fertilizer Company Received Subsidies, Rescinds Review for One Company

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Joint Stock Company Apatit, a Russian phosphate fertilizer producer and exporter, received countervailable subsidies, and is rescinding its review for Industrial Group Phosphorite LLC, with the review period spanning January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
