FM Broadcasting Services: FCC Terminates Proceedings

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has terminated a proceeding regarding petitions for reconsideration filed by Lake Broadcasting, Inc. regarding the dismissal of its proposals to upgrade two of its stations, which were revoked and deemed final, and the cessation of broadcast operations for formerly licensed stations controlled by Michael Rice by October 3, 2001.
