National Park Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Lincoln Highway Study

The National Park Service is preparing an environmental impact statement to investigate methods to preserve the historical significance of the Lincoln Highway between New York and California, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
