EPA Withdraws Approval of Virginia Operating Permit Program Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its full approval of the operating permit program of the Commonwealth of Virginia after receiving adverse comments, as required by the Clean Air Act.
