Availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Title VI Land Transfer to the State of South Dakota

The US Army Corps of Engineers has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the environmental effects of transferring approximately 91,178 acres of recreation lands and other properties to the State of South Dakota for fish and wildlife conservation and recreation purposes, as mandated by the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 and the South Dakota Terrestrial Wildlife Habitat Restoration Act.
