Submission for OMB Review: Comment Request; Review of Revised Information Collection: OPM 1647

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of authorization for a revised information collection, OPM Form 1647, which is used to review charitable organizations participating in the Combined Federal Campaign.
