EPA Authorizes MacFadden & Associates, Inc. to Access Confidential Business Information

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to MacFadden & Associates, Inc. (MAI), its contractor, to access confidential business information (CBI) submitted under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) of 1976, as amended. MAI will support the Office of Solid Waste (OSW) in managing the RCRA CBI Center (CBIC), a secure storage facility for confidential records.
