Navy Decides to Upgrade Yuma Training Range Complex in Arizona and California

The US Department of the Navy has reaffirmed its plan to upgrade the Yuma Training Range Complex, following a reevaluation of potential environmental impacts on Sonoran pronghorn, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality regulations.
