U.S. Department of Commerce Issues Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders on Low-Speed Personal Transportation Vehicles from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on low-speed personal transportation vehicles from China, following affirmative determinations by Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. The orders correct ministerial errors in previous determinations.
