Agency Announces OMB Approval for Information Collection Activities

The Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget for the collection of information related to investment of plan assets, prohibited transactions, and employee benefit plan settlements, as outlined in regulations PTCE 81-8, PTCE T88-1, and PTCE 94-71.
