EPA Reopens Public Review and Comment Period for Draft Guidance on Combined Heat and Power Facilities Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public review and comment period for its draft guidance on Source Determinations for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Facilities under the Clean Air Act New Source Review and Title V Programs for 15 days, following a preliminary draft published in 2001.
