DOE Announces Public Review and Comment Period for Kentucky Pioneer IGCC Demonstration Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement

The Department of Energy is seeking public input on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Kentucky Pioneer Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Demonstration Project, a Clean Coal Technology Program initiative in Kentucky, and has scheduled public hearings for the project.
