U.S. Department of Commerce Finds No Dumping of Superabsorbent Polymers from Republic of Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that superabsorbent polymers imported from the Republic of Korea were sold at fair market value during the review period, from June 7, 2022, to November 30, 2023, and therefore no antidumping duty is required.
