EPA Extends Comment Period for Electronic Reporting Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on electronic reporting and electronic records by 60 days, from August 31, 2001, to January 28, 2002, to allow the public more time to review and comment on the proposed rule.
