US Food Stamp Program: Noncitizen Eligibility and Certification Provisions Set to Take Effect
The US Food Stamp Program will implement new provisions related to noncitizen eligibility and certification, following the approval of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on September 10, 2001, and the final rule published on November 21, 2000.
