NMFS Announces Preliminary Approval of Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Mixed Groundfish Fisheries of the Northeast

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has made a preliminary determination that an exempted fishing permit application for mixed groundfish fisheries of the Northeast, submitted by the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, meets the required information and warrants further consideration, but a final decision is pending further review and consultation.
