EPA Grants Full Approval to Vermont's Clean Air Act Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted full approval to the State of Vermont's Clean Air Act Operating Permits Program, which aims to issue operating permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, in compliance with the Clean Air Act directive.
