EPA Amends Proposed Listing of Smeltertown-Operable Unit 3 Site on National Priorities List

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended its proposal to list the Smeltertown-Operable Unit 3 site in Salida, Colorado, on the National Priorities List, excluding CoZinCo facility from the scope of listing under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
