Radio Broadcasting Services; Soperton, Swainsboro, and East Dublin, GA - Channel Reassignment

The FCC has approved a request from Lacom Communications, Inc. to reassign Channel 251C3 from Swainsboro, Georgia to East Dublin, Georgia, and deny a proposal by John Morgan Dowdy to allocate Channel 253A to Soperton, Georgia, as previously proposed in 1999.
