BIS Adds 407 Steel and Aluminum Tariff Codes, Excludes 60 Others
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has added 407 Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) codes to the list of products subject to steel and aluminum tariffs under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, while excluding 60 other codes due to ongoing investigations.
