USDA Announces Availability of Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Giant Salvinia Eradication Project

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has prepared an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for a demonstration project to control the spread of giant salvinia in the Toledo Bend Reservoir and surrounding areas in Louisiana and eastern Texas, concluding that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment.
