EPA Approves Arizona's Operating Permits Program for Major Polluters

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of the operating permits program submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and its local jurisdictions, Maricopa County Environmental Services Department (MCESD) and Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ), to regulate emissions from major stationary sources and other polluters in the state.
