U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Citric Acid and Citrate Salts from Thailand Did Not Sell Below Cost During 2023-2024 Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that certain producers/exporters of citric acid and citrate salts from Thailand did not sell their products at prices below their normal value during the review period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and is now inviting comments on these preliminary results.
