BLM to Prepare Resource Management Plan for Harney and Malheur Counties, OR

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is planning to develop a Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the Andrews Resource Area (ARA) and Steens Mountain, which includes approximately 1,723,564 acres of public land, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other federal laws.
