Comment Request for Reclearance of a Revised Information Collection: RI 38-31

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection form, RI 38-31, which is used to report missing payments from the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund. The form is used to help OPM trace and reissue payments, and approximately 8,000 reports are processed annually.
