Office of Personnel Management Requests OMB Review for Revised Information Collection Forms

The Office of Personnel Management has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for reclearance of revised information collection forms INV 41, 42, 43, and 44, used to request information for employment investigations, affecting approximately 1.9 million individuals annually.
