EPA Approves Texas Operating Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted full approval to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission's (TNRCC) Operating Permit Program, following revisions submitted in 1998 and 2001 that addressed previously identified deficiencies.
