FAA Approves Hilo International Airport Noise Compatibility Program

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved the Hilo International Airport Noise Compatibility Program, which includes eight measures to reduce noise exposure, following a review of the program submitted by the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation.
