USDA to Host Public Meeting on Codex Committee on Meat and Poultry Hygiene

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of the Under Secretary for Food Safety is hosting a public meeting on December 12, 2001, to gather public comments on the agenda items for the Eighth Session of the Codex Committee on Meat and Poultry Hygiene, which will be held in Wellington, New Zealand, from February 18-22, 2002.
