Shell Offshore Inc. Files Lawsuit Against Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation and Related Companies

Shell Offshore Inc. has filed a complaint against Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation, Williams Gas Processing-Gulf Coast Company, L.P., and Williams Field Services Company, alleging a dispute over a notice of complaint, which is a formal request to a court to consider a proposal for a schedule of actions to resolve the issue.
