The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the renovation of the former Naval Communications Detachment in Cheltenham, MD, to create a law enforcement training facility for federal, state, and local agencies in the Washington, DC area.
