EPA Launches Voluntary Partnership Program to Reduce Ozone-Depleting Substances in Baking Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a unique voluntary Partnership Program for the baking industry, aiming to reduce emissions of ozone-depleting substances (ODS) by phasing out Class I industrial process refrigeration appliances and incentivizing the use of non-ODS systems by July 15, 2003.
