EPA Dismisses DPL Energy Permit Appeal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its decision to dismiss a petition for review of a permit issued for the DPL Energy Montpelier Electric Generating Station in Indiana, following a review by the Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) on March 13, 2001.
