New Transshipment Charges for Certain Cotton and Man-Made Fiber Textile Products Produced or Manufactured in the People's Republic of China

The Chinese government has introduced new transshipment charges for certain cotton and man-made fiber textile products produced or manufactured in the People's Republic of China, effective immediately. These charges will be enforced by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China to curb smuggling and ensure compliance with regulations.
