EPA Approves Kansas State Implementation Plan for Controlling VOC Emissions from Commercial Bakeries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Kansas to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from commercial bakery ovens in Johnson and Wyandotte Counties, Kansas, as part of its efforts to control air pollution.
