FMCSA Removes Unauthorized Cargo Tanks from Service

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has identified and removed from service non-conforming cargo tanks that do not meet the minimum design requirements for transporting hazardous materials, posing a risk of serious injury, death, and property damage in the event of a rear-end collision.
