SEC Approves Nasdaq's Proposed Rule Change to Update Its Corporate Charter

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. to amend the restated certificate of incorporation of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., making it the first major exchange to update its corporate charter in over 20 years.
