USEPA Proposes Administrative Agreement for Collection of Past Costs at SCD Chemical Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) is proposing an Administrative Agreement to collect a percentage of past response costs at the SCD Chemical Superfund Site, with the Settling Party agreeing to pay 50% of the sale proceeds after certain expenses.
