Sunshine Act Meeting

This notice corrects the agenda previously published in the Federal Register December 5, 2001 [66 FR 63260] by adding an additional item to the open meeting of the Commission held in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The following item has been added to the agenda: Approval of Rules and Procedures Memorandum concerning hearing examiner authority to make a probable cause finding and determine location of a revocation hearing and witnesses; instructions for handling warrant requests; and deletion of inaccurate statement regarding the satisfactory evidence standard.
