EPA Region II Office to Delete Asbestos Dump Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office is seeking public comment on its proposal to remove the White Bridge Road property of the Asbestos Dump Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), citing completion of all remedial actions and no further funding needed under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
