Rockford Corporation 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Proposes Exemptions from Labor and IRS Rules

The Rockford Corporation 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Code, seeking relief from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
