FEMA Releases Draft Guidance for Portable Radiological Instruments

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has developed draft guidance for the use of portable radiological instruments to detect radioactive contamination following peacetime nuclear accidents, and is seeking public comment on the documents.
