EPA Revises Pesticide Labeling Regulations for Clarity and Interpretation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating pesticide labeling regulations to improve clarity and also clarifying its interpretation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) as it pertains to nitrogen stabilizers, while revising regulations excluding certain products from regulation under FIFRA.
