HISA Assessment Methodology Rule Modification Approved for Public Comment

The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority has submitted a proposed rule modification on Assessment Methodology to the Federal Trade Commission for public comment, following a review by the Office of the Secretary of the Commission, which deemed the proposal compliant with the Commission's rule governing such submissions.
