NMFS Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List North American Green Sturgeon as Threatened or Endangered

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list the North American green sturgeon as a threatened or endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and is soliciting public input and comments on the proposal.
